Ohio Concealed Carry

Designed to meet the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code to acquire a Concealed
Carry Permit (Ohio CCW). This class combines the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course with additional training
concerning Ohio concealed carry. The course consists of a minimum of 10 hours of classroom instruction and 2 hours of
range activities. Single day classes include coffee, tea, light snacks, and lunch. Multi-day courses include coffee,
tea, and light snacks.
Ohio Hunters Education ClassRoom Version

The Ohio hunter education program is a two day course and is designed for all ages and abilities. We will help you understand when and where it is legal to hunt. The course will cover a wide range of topics such as hunter responsibility, safety, rifles, shotguns, handguns and muzzleloaders. We are volunteer Hunter Education instructors for the Ohio Division of Wildlife and offer this class at various times throughout the year; please check our class schedule for upcoming dates and times. You must register for the class though the Ohio Division of Wildlife. The phone number to register for the class is toll-free 1-800-945-3543 or 1-800-WILDLIFE. You will need to provide the following information: date, county, city, names and the ages of the individuals that will be attending. All students age 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. No drinks or snacks will be provided, please plan accordingly. All upcoming classes will be held in Newark, Ohio. The specific loction will be given during the registration process as it may change for each class. Reserve your seat now as space is limited.

NRA First Steps Pistol

Provides the knowledge and skills necessary to own and safely use your specific model pistol. The course covers
basic pistol knowledge and safe handling of the participant's handgun, ammunition knowledge, and fundamentals of
shooting. This course is for shooters who have recently purchased a new pistol and would
like to learn the basics about their specific model or would like to spend additional range time with an instructor.
This course includes coffee and tea.
NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course

Teaches the basic knowledge and skills necessary for owning and using rifes safely. The course
covers all topics in the First Steps Rifle Course in more depth. It also covers multiple shooting stances,
information on the basic types of rifles, and introduces you to various pistol sports and activities.
This course is meant for individuals who desire an in-depth knowledge of basic rifle shooting. This 2 day course
includes coffee, tea, and light snacks.
Students should bring their own lunch.
